For a condo I went with a big name for structural (State Farm) for walls in use a local company.. I pay $330 a year for 500,000 coverage for anything inside my condo and my structure policy is $500 a year for a million in coverage

Yeah they outsource to Liberty Mutual, but it’s all pretty simple and mostly seamless.

I pay around $400 per year for a 1,300 square foot condo in Northern VA with Natjonwide but my car insurance and investment property landlord insurance are bundled, and my family has had Nationwide forever.
