How to decide ?

After a month of waiting, HR finally called me today and scheduled partner round within a couple of hours. The interview went fine except that partner has asked for an additional round of fellow-partner interview. Is this normal? Are they undecided about salary part or designation? I have asked for Senior manager, which is equivalent of AD- I believe in PWC? As far as my profile my goes, I am 15 years experienced hands-on SAP Project manager.

Currently unemployed with big 4 audit experience (2years) and having trouble getting interviews...what should I do?

I moved to a start up with very few women in Us sales. Most of the presales and product support is in India and all Indian men. I am finding a lack of response to my emails and meeting invites to support my clients. I am wondering if it is a cultural thing to ignore American women or just women in general. What’s the point. Boomer partners had it so easy 25 years ago. They have no ideas of the stresses placed on those beneath them due to technology and exacerbated by the pandemic. Plugged into work 90% of the time. The Work product of a junior now is probably 3-4x that of a current partner as a junior back in the day. Just a rant from a place of despair about my future.
