Made a big difference for me - I chose a full ride for a top 10 rather than going to “number 1” for my graduate degree in public policy. B school *may* be different but understand that your perspective on prestige, “exits” etc etc will morph the more years you’re in the workforce - the opportunity cost of indebtedness will not.
What program did you choose for policy? And over which other program?

If the scholarship is for a named fellowship it could make a different. For example, you might be a 'Dean's Impact Fellow' at Michigan Ross and get access to alumni that other students don't. Alternatively, you might have a named fellowship for a specific industry or function.
