Does having an internship with PwC make it easier to get FT/internship with Strategy& since PwC owns them?

I am currently studying at CSUEB (NorCal), and had some internship experience. I try to look for that values work life balance and values staffs at all ages. Unlike young folks fresh out of college, I am almost 40 and this is my second degree (switched my career path). The firm I interned with have full of young folks and I felt like a bit left out. Any suggestions for a cpa firm that is family oriented, value staffs, and relatively has variety of staffs coming from different background? Thanks

Hi everyone, I am looking for advice on getting to the same company but in a different country. I had an internship at multinational FMCG company in purchasing in country 1 (5 ys ago). I then went studying abroad to country 2 and stayed doing the jobs which came with the visa - sales/accounting/marketing but all for really small companies (20 e-s max). I keep dreaming about getting back to FMCG co but in country 2. Applied directly/chatted to ex coworkers in country 1 - no luck. Any advice?
