Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?
Can anyone help me out with a KPMG referral?

I have an offer from Walmart but I'm also interviewing at Meta. I'm midway through the Meta process but there's still a long way to go and I don't want to rush through it unprepared. Both are for a Data Scientist position. Any suggestions on how to deal with a situation like this? Walmart Facebook (Meta)

Nah, experience is still relevant and translatable IMO. Perk to consulting is you're forced to stay in the "know". Only problem you may run in to is that you'll be an expensive hire unless you hit FAANG/Microsoft/Salesforce etc.
Rising Star
I think this is the bigger factor. There are way fewer $200-$300k+ jobs than there are $100k jobs.
I do think there is an optimum experience level to move to the industry.
The higher you move up the ladder, the less number of positions there are + the more real industry line-experience matters, to credibly manage a team. This makes it harder to essentially move up when exiting to industry.
Imo Sr Consultant - Manager is the best level to jump.
Nr of brands will not really have an impact, unless you’re moving every 6 months (but that’s regardless of consulting or industry)
Makes sense!
Pro
Move before you make partner. And if you make partner, that's also quite OK for your career, so there's not a high risk of really bad decisions
