How is job security in JP Morgan?
Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

They were low balling, everytime I tried to communicate I hv better offer they matched it, why not give me correct market value in first time only.

They will definitely not block as you have cleared their interview process.
Think from an HR perspective, if he/she has to fill the same position after few months again and in short time who will be the best candidate for the same. Anyone in the market or YOU.
