So you have a campaign that’s mediocre from a creative perspective, but grew the client’s business (a lot). Is that worth bringing up when negotiating a raise?
I am getting an offer from a Middle East e-commerce giant for a position of Program/Project management based out of Dubai. What would be an idle monthly compensation for such roles?
Can you find a decent studio/1br place in Boston on $110k salary? If so, any particular neighborhoods?
First year associates posting pictures of their timesheets on their IG story showing they billed 300-500 hours in March at their lockstep big law firms right after bragging on their stories about the $12k pretax covid bonus that they’re getting this year. Is this... impressive? asking for pity? pathetic? other? Has this always been a thing or do I just see it now bc I’m also a first year associate...
What's a typical/expected comp for collaborating with an influencer with a 1M+ follower base? This would be for a wellness product. Just trying to get a feel for range, I know it can vary. A post, and a shoutout in stories on Instagram.
Can anyone from epam tell me about the salary band offered for L3 in Automation Qa?
When does your client plan to 1) Return to the office and 2) Allow consultants to start coming to the client site ? At this point seems like no travel for consultants in 2020... thoughts ?
Typed in all caps to the HireRight people. They keep asking me the same question and I give them the same answer.
Cruz picks Carly... Trump will pick Sarah Palin. Just when you think the party can't possibly go any lower... 👇

UXers, what do you do when the clients do not read annotations on wires, despite already meeting and taking them through the work, but end up getting feedback on things that were already said/written?
Thoughts on going sockless now that it’s warm out? Unprofessional? Obviously by sockless I mean no-show loafer socks

Super bowl shoot, but it’s 12 nights and I have to be there for the entirety. Stay home with my 1 year old knowing it goes in my book regardless? Or miss him for what might be once-in-a-career work?

My mother (65) often forgets things, and often times things that matter - not like where she put her car keys.
For instance, I told her to not tell people that I’m going for an MBA, but next thing I know, she told people around my hometown.
It’s really important to me to keep my goals in the DL and work in silence. I have told her this - she simply said she forgot I ever said any of that, and promised not to tell.
I am getting x5 miles until 12/31 on Delta purchases on my Amex (delta platinum). Would there be disadvantages to buying a couple gift cards and using those to pay for future flights in 2021? Do I still get the MQDs if I use a gift card to pay for a flight linked to my Skymiles Account? What am I potentially not considering?
Thanks in advance!

1. If flying in the night before and renting own car and going straight to hotel, do I need to dress professionally? At risk of seeing anyone from the project
2. When walking around the hotel after work hours, can I wear normal clothing? Or does It still have to be professional? Colleagues and client are in same hotel
I’m starting a new job as a senior strategist next month. Any tips for success or how to show strong performance in a role like this? This role’s day to day will shaping agency POV on digital marketing topics, thinking, briefing and overseeing work. No longer responsible for in the trenches execution or daily client management which I’m excited to move away from. A bit intimidated by the new role.
I just picked up a side gig to design the web app for a door to door sales HR platform. Up til this point I’ve been doing $50 hourly for all my freelance. They want me to price out the project as a whole so they can pay it in a lump sum. I have no idea how to do this. Do I estimate how many hours it will take me? Should I use my $50/hr as the measuring unit, or go higher? Lower?
For context, I have 7 years as a visual @designer and 2 years in dedicated UX.
Ladies who are pregnant, are you planning on heading back to the office with uptick in Delta? Even if vaccinated? Our RTO in NYC is set for next month (I doubt it will happen).
