Had an intern whom I could not recommend for hire. She didn’t report to me directly so I never gave her feedback directly. She just asked if she can list me as a reference How would you respond?

Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction. Am I stupid or did the e-learns not prepare me for any of this? The training told me I'd be auditing cash but I haven't even touched a bank reconciliation.
When offered a job on the spot, how bad is it to ask for a day or so to get back with them? Do you mention any other interviews you have lined up?

A few years ago I landed an interview at W+K to for their lead social role. I didn’t get it. The guy who did was just promoted to…ECD of W+K in Portland. I work at a third-rate digital agency reporting to our head of strategy in a big network making boring decks for boring clients.

Have a screener for a non-FAANG public tech company as a senior employment counsel (2014 grad). Currently live in LA making 80% market at a firm. Any advice for an upper limit of total compensation if asked?
When people post on here it seems like most folks suggest going to levels.fyi but I always want to know real people's information. I just feel like it's too general and I appreciate more anecdotal information about how people got to where they got, their background vs their salary etc. And the current value/offerings of RSUs.
Got invited to interview at Google for a role on their global partnerships team, but realized that role requires less experience than I have and the title is Associate rather than Lead. I know (con’t)
Question here - been at a new job for a bit and have discovered that the culture is extremely misogynistic. It’s been 6 months and I have had to go to HR twice. I want to leave, but don’t want to seem like a jumper - but then again, what does it say about a future employer if they judge me for leaving a bad work environment? Feeling conflicted. Thoughts ?
So, I’m leaving and my leadership is pissed. I feel like their attitude is “well you’re leaving so now I just need you so I can download your brain.” and I’ve never felt more like an object and I’m trying not to internalize how guilty I feel about causing others to pickup my slack. Context: solid roll-off plan and I did all of my deliverables for the next month by working through the weekend. Any advice on how to reframe my thinking? Alternatively, AITA? They did just promote me.
