Hey everyone! Wondering if any one knows what AmerisourceBergen might be offering for a full-time Instructional Designer position. I have a M.Ed, 4YOE in public education, 4YOE in business management and professional training in corporate training and instructional design. I'm interviewing with them tomorrow and wanted to get an idea. My desired salary range is $75,000 - $85,000. I would really appreciate your input!💙

Not at all. Do what you got to do.
The typical staff spends about 2-3 years before they are made senior, so you having 2.5 years is not a red flag at all.
that’s the nature of public and needing bodies and the churn model. people take title demotions sometimes when moving from public to industry
Do they feel bad if you’re underpaid?
Not saying I feel bad about leaving lol just not sure if leaving before I get promoted would look bad after nearly 2.5 years in the same role. I think from what I’m hearing it’s normal to take that long or even longer to go from analyst to senior analyst in industry. So not too worried now.
