A year looks good on your resume
Leave when you get the right opportunity. No reason to arbitrarily stay an extra year.
Stay until you get a great offer? I wouldn't turn down a great offer just to get an extra 6 mo b4 experience and I certainly wouldn't quit without having something better lined up.
Depends on the job you’re going for doesn’t it? If you want it and you get the offer - maybe it doesn’t matter how long it’s been?
I would stay for a whole year and wait until your next pay increase. Then you have more leverage to get a higher base at the new position
