Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?
I interviewed for the position of Associate Human Capital Advisory role at KPMG. I cleared my first round but for the second round tgey gave me 2 case studies and one excel assessment to be completed in 2.5 hours. I think I messed up the case studies and just wrote the approach and recommendations but didn't include any other preferable portions. Is there a minimum cutoff for these assessments?

I got a verbal offer from ACN two weeks ago, and the recruiter told me I could expect a written offer in a few days. I haven’t receive it by now…followed up with the recruiter today, and she told me hopefully I will get it over the weekend or by Monday. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Dumbest advice I’ve heard in a long time. Employers care little about your choice of headphones. Focus on things like interview practice or case study research.
Better use Beats by Dre just to be safe
Lmao what, you’re totally overthinking this. No one will care about your headphones as long as they can hear you
I never thought someone can get criticized for what their headphones look like but here we are. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it looks "distracting" but I'll still call BS on that.
Don't use bluetooth earpieces as some of them connect and disconnect depending on mystical and arbitrary reasons. Go with earphones if you want to prioritize stability and "low-key-ness".
As long as it isn’t outlandish like those pink cat ear headphones, then you should be fine with what you have.
Use something that they can hear you, and you can hear them - and where it doesn’t cut out
I perform plenty of hiring interviews and don't use any headphones. But if I can't hear you or your sound sounds like crap it's a red flag to me
