I have joined Capgemini Engineering. coimbatore . I came to know that many employee was fired from job who was in probation period stating that he is non conformance for the project. First thing is in my experience I never seen a company firing an employee in just 3 months after joining stating NC. he was given a totally new project from his skill set, also he was not given a second chance to access his skills. Is this even legal for company to fire without any notice, is it safe to be here?.

Yes, good luck getting a good second job if your first is at a bad place. Not impossible, but it makes it a lot harder.
Idk what CW1 is talking about. I’ve been headhunted endlessly after one agency decided to “trust me” with a perm role🤣 get that experience wherever you can, that’s your goal in the first half of your starting-up year
It most certainly does. You asked if I *am* at a bad agency, not if I ever *was*.
Ideally you want to be somewhere that lets you make the most of that one year you’re gonna be there. A shop that specializes in something you’re not interested in making your whole thing, like CRM or pharma, will make some recruiters and CDs assume that’s all you do.
Nah, as long as you can network and sell yourself you good.
Not really. My first job I was an intern and worked up to AD in a small boutique agency. I think it’s the skill set you build not who you work for. Agree with CW3
