Hello, I’m seeking information on how to successfully transfer from the Amazon warehouse into a remote position. Am currently looking into ERC, DLS or HR services. I have over 5 year tenure and for the past year have been actively applying but I have no luck landing an interview. If anyone could assist with referrals or pointers on how to stand out to recruiters I would appreciate it!
Any one hear from GSB or Haas for round 2?
Can anyone offer some insights into the Facebook (Meta) exploratory call? I had a referral, but was not moved forward and then I got an email offering an exploratory call from an advisor (not recruiter) on the referral team. Has anyone gone through this? How do I prepare for this exploratory call?

Does EY-Parthenon have international opportunities for US practitioners? I’m looking to get some international experience once the pandemic subsides to a manageable level in a year or so. Also, is this possible at the SD level? Or are US SDs expected to stick around in the US and focus on US market sales until they make Partner?
I feel like a lot of hiring managers are overwhelmed with the number of technically qualified resumes that they end up looking for someone who would be the right “cultural fit.” It’s understandable but tbh can lead to a lot of biased decisions (boys clubs, racial disparities, only people w/ upper class bgs, etc).
This!! So much this!! That last sentence was spot on. Especially in smaller companies.
Friend who meets minimum acceptable requirements. Ofc people won’t generally hire candidates who are obviously unqualified, but out of a batch of candidates who all clear the hiring bar, they won’t hire the best one, they’ll hire the one they like the most.
With all the schmoozing? Yes.
There’s something to be said for being able to stand the person you may be spending 60 hours a week with... well, pre-covid. But still.
