Hello, I currently work for a company that pays roughly $42,000 annually. I have two associates degrees and a bachelors. The degrees that I have are not related to the company I work for. I feel really underpaid with the amount of work that I do however, in my desired field the starting pay is $35,000. I’m not sure what to do. Should I stay or should I take the pay cut and go into my desired field?
