I've been a PM for about 7 years and I am BURNT OUT. The stress that comes with this job is just unbearable. I know I'm good at what I do. I constantly get great feedback but I also can no longer handle the amount of work and responsibility that comes with this job. The main issue however is that as a PM I'm not an expert in anything specific so I struggle to figure out what else I can do for work. Any previous PMs that switched careers? What did you switch to and do you prefer it?

Honestly, I’m tired of society pushing sports gambling and its easy accessibility. Also disheartened by how many folks are fully leaning in on it.

Growing up, “going to the track” was the degenerate gambling and we heard so many stories about not falling into it.

And now, all these apps for sports betting are luring people in and it all starts with “dude, this is a sure win” or “they gave me $200 on X player doing simple guaranteed thing”.
