M1 in specialty tax group as of 10/1 and just got a second (& final) offer for a fully remote industry tax job where the base salary is $19k lower than my KPMG salary after taking into consideration the mid-year raise but still 6 figures. Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture. I took this decision because the terms are not good with my current manager. I am currently drawing 15.5 LPA including variable pay. TCS offering 20 LPA. Is there any retention policy available? If yes how much hike I can expect?

I just started with week 6 and no symptoms related to pregnancy until now. No nausea or fatigue, etc. I know it’s normal for some ppl, still worried a bit. My first prenatal visit is scheduled end of this week coz the doctor is not available earlier. Is it late?
