Does making a switch from Deloitte USI to EY-Parthenon makes sense?

Deloitte USI
Pros: Good work culture, Varied Type of Projects, Exposure to US markets
Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

EY-P is offering same fixed salary :(

Hi fishes,need help 2 decide if I should change my salary structure for better tax exemption..
CTC :18lpa (Fixed: 1,660,650lpa,Variable(bi-annually) : 139,350lpa)
Currently the nps contri is at 5% of basic which I'll be increasing to 10%. PF is at min i.e. 1800per month.
What I need help with is deciding if I should increase my basic pay%.we can increase it upto 35% of (gross-pf-allowances).
Note that I can't really claim allowances(billed to husband's name) and the rent I pay is 8300per month.

Howdy…I need a sanity check! As part of my previous role, I reported security non-compliance and gross security misrepresentations. For my valiant efforts I was laid off (despite being a protected whistleblower) and my reports were buried. Everything I did was in line with my responsibilities. I was extremely concerned that systems housing personal credit data on all US consumers were not adequately protected. I essentially risked my job to protect data and I’m not sure if it mattered.
