We compete with Deloitte and Accenture plenty on big digital things. We compete against EYP, LEK etc in the PE space often. And in specific industries OW, Kearney, ZS etc are often strong. It’s not MBB vs MBB mostly since clients don’t really think that way (and they shouldn’t)

the market doesn't make the distinction that binary/clear-cut, there's always going to be overlaps in spaces firms play in. It gets more complicated depending on geographic region, practice focus & strategy at that time, sometimes even just timing & available resources

I'd disagree with BCG1. For our core work (strategy), we are competing against Bain and BCG. Some of our larger transformation and Ops work might butt up against the big 4 but less often than BB
