M2 cohort NYM non-MBA? What's the new base ?
I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY

We sponsor senior associate experienced hires now as well if you’re performing well
If you join Bain out of undergrad and stay 3 years they’ll sponsor your MBA under the condition you return for 2 years after.
If you join Bain at the Consultant (post-MBA) level without an MBA (e.g. you have a PhD or an MD), they’ll sponsor your MBA if you stay some number of years and agree to return for some number of years. People with doctorates get hired at the same level as those w MBAs, but may want to get an MBA later.
Additional conditions apply, not really sure what they are. But yes, MBAs can be sponsored if you come in at either the Associate Consultant or Consultant level with some time commitments
Fwiw I would guess BCG and McK miiiight sponsor MBAs for non-MBAs who come in at the post-MBA level too (e.g. if you get a JD then join mck as an associate). I think even at Bain it’s just not really talked about, after spending 5 years getting a PhD none of us want to go back to school for an MBA

only those hired at the entry level (BA/A/AC)
full sponsorship offered to all those who meet a performance bar
@B1 the rules around Sr Associate sponsorships are changing, FYI.
Yes at McKinsey for BAs (even experienced hire BAs).
Thanks everyone for responding!
