Does MBB, when hiring experienced professionals, have an entry level position slightly above campus hire entries, or is it all the same level?

I.e., is there a “Sr. Business Analyst” or “Senior Associate” role at MBB, similar to the “Consultant I” (campus hire) vs. “Consultant II” (experienced hire) at some T2/B4

If I apply online (without referral) and don’t get a response or get rejected immediately, does that count towards waiting 6-12mos to apply again?

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

Definitely not a fan of Westin's "Eat Well" proposition. I'm working in the room at 2:00 AM and the most appetizing menu item is a cold turkey avocado and arugula wrap. I just want a burger and fries!

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

What are the main reasons why you would recommend going big 4 instead of MBB? Have any of you successfully swayed a candidate to go big 4 instead of MBB?
