Managing partner says they understand if I have to work remotely until I can save up, but I'm terrified by the recent layoffs and was told it's important for jrs to maximize face time. Is it worth it to keep paying for ubers to come in (pretty pricey, plus no public transit options), or can I trust that this is an understandable excuse to reduce face time for a month or so? FWIW, the team comes in twice a week.

I am on notice period in TCS and getting a onsite opportunity if I withdraw my resignation. They are giving consent on mail. Can I trust them? Could it be a genuine opportunity provided they are looping RMG, Project manager and giving consent that I can withdraw resignation only if immidieate onsite is given.

Need a help, I got offer from Deutsche. It is an average offer. Other company think future is offering me 35% on top of Deutsche CTC.
I tried negotiating but db line manager is so stuck that no more pay than that, and unfortunetly my ego got hurt from it- Its not right but it is what it is.
What you guyz suggest which company?
