Hello fellow teachers! I'm seeking advice from those who have returned to teaching after time away (for personal or professional reasons). I taught full-time in public schools from 2012-2018, adjuncted for a year at university, now work in student affairs at a community college. I left teaching because I was burnt-out and thought an office job was the answer. I think I may have been wrong because I am so bored at my office job! I miss the challenges, comradery, and stature of being an educator.

Random assignments flowing in from different partners. It feels like I’ll never get any real experience (e.g., depos) if it stays like this. Keep in mind I only started working four weeks ago
