How is Accenture's federal practice? Thinking of switching to get promotion to Manager. Currently a senior @ PwC.
I'm an RFA consultant making 85k per year. I've been here 5 months. Manager wants to promote me next cycle to SC. Any guidance on how much of a raise I could anticipate or ask for? Thank you.
My friend lied and said that he was a senior and got senior job at another firm. He's lucky it's in a different city. Can you say 30% raise! He's been there a month already.
Does having a “veteran” designator play any part in the promotion advancement or internal growth? Haven’t seen a lot of ex-military in the firms.
Same responsibilities, higher expectations, and lower pay than my peer group but I’m told that I’m the future... Not sure how to approach ... should I raise with HR or my boss?
Can Anyone from Deloitte who checked the loophole to find out your raise before you were notified confirm if it was the same?
Google offered me a base not much higher than my current and 150 in equity. Would have to move sf area so wanted a higher raise to adjust for cost of living. Will try to negotiate but hear they...
Any instances of regretting jumping ship rather than sticking it out and waiting longer for that promo/raise?
I have a good job offer in internal audit with well known company. I am currently an audit senior with a promotion to managed next year. Should I wait? Is internal audit a good career path?
A consultant in my practice has been weirding out a bunch of people, setting 1:1 requests and giving unsolicited career advice/mentorship. We think she's angling for a promotion. At this point she is
Raise your hand if your company made you update your email signature and now your company’s logo has a little roof on it. I know I’m not alone.

Is it worth moving to strategy& from EY ? Currently SC at EY and up for promotion to manager in 2020. FYI came into consulting 1.5 years ago from top 3 MBA school. It will be at their SA role.
Got a 6.6% raise and am just looking to feel better about it because I feel like that’s a good percentage but ultimately it means like $75 extra a week. Before taxes. So I’m feeling meh.
All other factors aside, what is the least minimum raise percentage you would need to be offered to take a new position elsewhere? I've seen 20% thrown around a lot.
What will you do if you feel like you’re not growing anymore in your career but then organization structure change happened, new manager, new goals and maybe a big chance for promotion? Are you going to look for a new job or stay?
Anyone use Priority Pass? I already have Global Entry so I don’t want to pay to upgrade my regular AMEX corporate card to Platinum. Is Priority Pass worth it?
SAP consulting SM, 10 years of experience, SF, LA, what would you expect for base and bonus? What kind of industry jobs / levels would you move to for what range of comp?
Is a signing bonus the norm? Or more of a nice to have? I’m considering an offer that doesn’t have a signing bonus and I’m not sure if it’s worth trying to negotiate on?
Any firms “subsidizing” the costs of having a home office during this extended WFH period? My firm PwC announced a $250 payment to everyone to make up for any home office purchases (not that you had to buy anything to get the $250, everyone gets it regardless). Curious what other firms were doing.
DHC brought in a two months ago at 92k plus 5k signing. Is this low ? What can I expect for a raise for end of Fy17 ? Assuming no bonus ? How about next year ?

My dream salary is 150K so at what level should I get out of Public? I am in Tax and not expecting to start with 150 but as long as start making 150 within few years of leaving public would be fine.
I worked on H1B and went to my home country for Visa stamping. Due to lockdown I am struck here and since the company can’t allow work from other country so they moved me to offshore team with offshore salary. However my visa is stamped for next few years. Are there any companies in US hiring H1Bs ?
