Yesterday was rakhi and my younger sister asked me to tie her one as well as we both would be there for each other.
She even gave me a gift when I tied her the rakhi.

How many people’s jobs would you absorb before requesting your role be re-evaluated/leveled/comp adjusted? I am already doing one person’s job when we decided not to backfill them when they left and just got nominated to take over someone else’s responsibilities while they are out on a multi-month leave. I could handle this if I was an individual contributor but I also have a significant team I’m managing and the additional responsibilities are coming at their expense which is unfair to them.
