Premama appears to only have inositol and folic acid as ingredients. You’d be missing out on lots of other valuable nutrients and vitamins with this, and you’d be overdosing on folic acid if you combined this with any standard prenatal multivitamin. I’ve never used it but I’d favor other complete supplements instead.

“It starts with the egg” book or website has good research on what supplements have the best results on egg quality. Egg quality is one of many factors in getting pregnant.
Thanks everyone! We've been trying for 6 months so I freaked out and started researching miracle baby makers haha

Don’t freak out! It’s normal for it to take time.
“It starts with the egg” is the best researched book on supplements and drivers of fertility IMO.
Get your diet healthy. Lots of fruits and veggies are way better for body than relying too much on supplements.
Get your stress levels lower (good luck in consulting and WFH!)
If you’re over 35, start talking to your OB about a Fertility work up or referral to a reproductive endocrinologist. If you’re under 35, standard is often to wait a year. Ignore that wait if there are underlying medical conditions (PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles, diabetes, thyroid, etc).
Try different ways to measure ovulation and time trying around that.
If the two week waits and disappointments are starting to cause stress, consider fertility counseling or support groups. There are therapists who focus on this topic. Fertility challenges can be tough on anyone.
I’ve just started taking them. I have irregular cycles but have not been diagnosed with PCOS, and it looks like most product reviews and research studies have been focused on ladies with PCOS. So, fingers crossed it helps but not too hopeful 🤷♀️ I started taking it on CD14 and currently on CD38 with no signs of a period, ovulation or pregnancy 😞
