Does protiviti hire SC’s from other firms into manager positions? Or do you usually have to start as an SC to become an M?

I think just like with any company if you can prove why you qualify for a role regardless of level they will either hire you at that role/level or not. With that said I believe experience would weigh heavily on that (although I’m not in HR). If your question is tailored more along the lines of if an SC at company X automatically translates to M at Pro then personally I haven’t seen anything along those lines.
