Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I work in-house on a media team for a B2B organization and I’m the only person on my team who deeply understands media. Two new hires who I had zero say around hiring have both asked me basic media questions (how programmatic works, media mix and how we work with vendors). How much % should basic and HRA be of your fixed salary component ideally?

I switched recently (3 months back) with almost 200% hike but really feeling stressed out. I dont want to name the company but I feel very little belongingness here compared to other one. The pressure of standing out and getting my work highlighted is impacting my wlb.
All the time in past about 8 years, I have worked directly with customers and current role is pure dev role with no interaction with customer. I am really missing my old role but I was paid less there. Is this temprry? Your views?

I have joined one company and worked for 4 days. The working environment is toxic so I decided to move one but today HR called and said he will send legal notice if I don't serve notice period. Or pays 2 month salary.

Note : I don't have company asset like id card laptop nothing.
