Hello there, I'm a customer support person. My boss just told us to go back to the office when we thought we could permanently keep on working from home.

Please cheer me up, and share some pros of working in the office as a customer support agent.

Do we need to travel at the client location to work in Deloitte India?

My joining date is 1st August in @PwC India, I received another offer and asked HR to match it. She came back with another offer less than what I got some where else. I was waiting for revised offer letter but yet no luck. I called HR and now she is saying its still in process and waiting for approval from Business head. Should I wait or join other company on same date?

I have submitted my documents as i receive the mail from hr,
But my negotiation round is yet to be done,
How many days does pwc take to release an offer letter after submitting the document if anyone can help to know.

1) They will lowball you.
2) It's common to work in 2/3 projects at the same time.
3) No work life balance
4) Minimum 12 hours of work daily
5) Work over weekend
6) Super toxic leadership
7) You will never be appreciated for your work
8) Nobody cares, even though you leave the firm
9) No joining kits
10) you get an old laptop only while joining. I repeat, you won't get anything else apart from a laptop, not even a bag.
11) No shift allowance
12) No cab allowance
