It just won’t stop. In life or at work. In the office it seems like I can’t get ahead and every day it’s some new catastrophe I have to deal with. Outside of work it’s the same. Just one thing after another. On top of that money issues don’t help. Just can’t seem to get to a place where I’m dictating the pace of life and not having it dictated to me.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Hi everyone, what are your thoughts on essential skills, knowledge or even certifications needed to build a strong case around transferring to the cyber practice? IAM specifically sounds like a good balance of technical work and non technical work so potentially targeting that team. Im recognized as a top performer as an analyst in automation, have experience around multiple programming languages and have been exposed to tools such as wire shark and Splunk.
