I am a digital marketer(Owner of a small comp). However I am planning on applying to some jobs since i feel i have done everything I can do and would like to work and learn from others. I switched firms this year to a boutique (~15 attys) that pays out sizable year end bonuses (I was told during the hiring process at least 75% of our base salary for associates). The year is winding down and no one is talking about timing, amounts, etc. My self-eval was due yesterday and I’ve tried to politely ask about “expectations” in that context with other associates but no one is spilling the tea. I got a call from Hr from Deloitte USI. She said she will call again to discuss on salary.
Currently working in infy and life is good. No work load most of the time. It increases during deliverable time.

Can you please tell how tax is calculated if changed company in middle of financial year.

Company1(April2022 to September2022)
company1 Total CTC was 6.87lpa,after hra declaration taxable income was below 5 lpa so no tax was deducted

Company2 currently working( October2022 to march2023) .
In Company2 total CTC for remaining months in financial year is 7.5lpa.
Taxable income is 6.5lpa.
Tax to pay every month is 7k.

what will be total tax if i combine both employer income.

Any idea about SS&C Hyderabad. In my offer letter they mentioned SS&C and DST WORLDWIDE services both companies. My BGV is going on DST name , still confused for which company i will be working as all the Hiring happened through HR from SS&C.
