Does sick leaves expire at year end ?

Hi all, I am a Customer Relationship Manager in the medical device industry. What is the next level up title ? Or What is another role I can transfer into laterally?

With the recent excitement for a return to travel, how are the working parents managing this balance ? I don’t mind occasional travel for a meaningful reason but feel that my team are grabbing at any excuse because they miss getting together. It’a a tricky balance for me with childcare being more unreliable than ever. Daycares have stricter sick policies and shorter hours and nannies appear to be unreliable for actually showing up in recent months. Am I alone in this work travel anxiety?

I really need leave for two weeks. My project does not have long leave policy but it has strict target policy. The last best leave I took was for 4 days only. I really need a long leave so I can have a vacation atleast once. it's been 3 years I worked in my current project. Never taken a long leave. Plz suggest me good ideas. I'm not sick but getting depressed day by day.

My buddy is a doctor and the higher ups told them all that they better start preparing mentally to turn elderly/higher risk people away... medical people are really concerned about this. Ugh

I am (planning) to head into work tomorrow for the first day in 3 weeks. I was sick out of nowhere and it just lingered…at this point I don’t know if it my physical or mental health causing my “illnesses”. I hate going to work, but I try to keep the job because I went to school for so long (money/loans, time spent) and our mortgage and car payments alone warrant two incomes. Hi all, I joined as a traine in devops engineer 1 yr back. My LPA was 1.2. after 1 yr Now I have a LPA of 3.2.
I have no developer background. I joined just after college at that time. Now I have experience with major devops Technologies. even after 1 year of devops I am still confused if I should follow this way or learn development like my classmates who earnings more than my current LPA in their first year. I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

Please advise where I am going wrong.
