Hi Fishes,
Anyone here at Luxoft with permanent remote ? I got an offer. Will they ask to come to office at any point ? What about job security at Luxoft ? HR mentioned 8 hours per day and no need to enter timesheet, time will be auto captured. That means like we can't be away from the system at all ? Please help.
Thanks

No. No they don’t. And there is no way slalom pays you $175k post MBA. They’ll bring you on as a senior likely depending on yoe and under pay you like crazy. Don’t forget they cap bonuses at 10% for Sr Consultant and below but most people will get half of that.
In Canada they cap you at 7% :)

That is not a realistic post-MBA base salary from T15. Maybe TC depending on tier.
Agreed SC4! I came from a Big4 and only worked 45 hours max. I got a great starting base at slalom, but bonuses and raises are poor from what I’ve heard.
They pay very well. Would imagine thats realistic.
MBA doesn’t weigh that heavily at Slalom. I’m a Principal, have an MBA plus 5 years of experience in Big4 and my base is 175k. Slalom is all about WLB and being remote so it’s not really a place that should be compared to MBB bc they’re polar opposites.
Most I’ve met have a lot more years of experience than me so prob not so much. I was a manager at Big4 and that was the equivalent from what I was told.
No they don’t, lol. I have interviewed with them twice for 2 diff offices and their offer was 5% more than what I make + they down leveled me both times (Principal to SC).
Competitive initial comp. 2%-3% raises after that. You can probably get $175k now at most big 4s post MBA though.
The trajectory is very different
Initial pay may be competitive
Not at all, you sacrifice pay for "WLb"

Pay really depends on the situation here. I was able to get 150k base at the C level, I think 175k for an SC with an MBA is realistic in our HCOL offices.
I’m interested to learn about the partner track in Slalom
Equity is also not gifted, you have to completely buy in yourself when you’re asked to participate.
