Cleared interview with AWS but the role went on freeze, HR said my result is valid for 6 months and may choose to directly extend an offer when role is again available. Can anyone in AWS share any insights about the current freeze and if you see things getting better within 6 months.

Hi all, after joining at ibm its been 1 month and,, i received 1 project call and they took my interview and directly assigned me on that project( time of interview i asked about the project,, but interviewer didn't gave me proper view regarding project, ) I just came to know that the project is on manual testing,, and i am selected for automation testing for the project as well ibm.. I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Hi everyone, I just had a first round interview for Deloitte M&A Valuation Analyst role based in Australia. I feel like I went pretty well, they were pretty keen at my Analytics background ( DA/Modelling) & my interest in finance (preparing CFA L1 atm)
However I haven’t heard back anything after two days(e.g. book my time for round 2 interview)…I know there is supposed to two more round of interviews.
Just wondering if this is the normal waiting time or I’m not the person they looking?
Not at all - A&M has a very active women’s networking group that people actually show up to. Women aren’t treated any differently, but there are fewer of us
Look at the background of the A&M TAS global leader Paul Aversano. Will tell you quite a bit about that culture
“Lack of evidence” doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, it means there was no contemporaneous security video, email, or witness to prove it happened. The EEOC does not go forward with “she said, he said” allegations.
That said, the bad behavior of the Global head will not necessarily cause a bad environment for you.
In my experience I’ve enjoyed working with A & M advisors, particularly the women have been sharp, knowledgeable, committed and hard working.
Completely agree with AM1. Came from TAS at a big 4 and believe me there are far more males than females there too. A&M is making progress and has a genuine focus on improving the ratio while at the same recruiting and retaining high performing females. No firm is perfect.

The TAS practice has a lot of women’s initiatives and it’s great. There are more men in every TAS practice at every firm, but there is a real focus at A&M.
