Is there any ongoing hiring freeze in B4?
McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Invited by Bain & Company to apply about a month ago for an AC position after making it to final round last year. I have ~6 months Big 4 strategy experience, coming out of a top 10 undergrad. Would anybody be willing to speak about the process with me and how this application process might look different from a typical undergrad recruiting cycle? Also, would it be worth it to throw in an application to McKinsey & Company and/or Boston Consulting Group, even though I never interviewed with them?

BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

can you get TS clearance with past drug use?
Do fish know how to swim? It’s a requirement, so yes
EYOP - you should reach to the Federal Experience Management team, share your resume, and let them know what you're interested in doing.
Yes they will but depending on the length of the project they might want those already cleared.
Lol @ “interims will post within a couple of weeks”. 😂 😆 😝
Yep. I have spoke with a recruiter from EY. They are only really looking for Secret.
KPMG1 - not true, EY is always looking for TS and Secret but we look for talent and people who can obtain a clearance.
Then your recruiters are spreading bad info.
@ EY1 I work for EY CBS in NJ , interested in federal opportunities what would be the best approach to find projects and start with clearance process.
Lol, that is likely.
Thank you!
Ya clearances can take a long time. I know people who have been waiting for 2 years. It all depends on the situation
Generally — find the project first. Almost all agencies (including outside of defense space) require some sort of public trust clearance. The project will then sponsor you for a clearance and generally interims will post within a couple of weeks
@pwc1 yeah maybe a little optimistic... but some do. Others definitely do not.
My interim TS was granted in about 10 business days. Submitted this past January
@k2 I hate you
We had a staff get his completed TS in seven months or so.
