Cognizant gave me offer letter based on my relevant experience of 41 months, however when I filled the BGV, the total experience came out to be 57 months. I wrote to HRs but no response from them.

Have new analyst on the team with an MBA and project experience. After working with them for 2 months it’s apparent that there are 0 consulting skills (excel, outlook, PowerPoint) and they freeze up even on internal calls. They are young and coachable, and I offered to put time into that.
