A bit of the Hallo likely rubs off, but I also heard from 2 sides that recruiters increasingly lol at McK candidates like they look at Big4 candidates: they spend much more time digging into what they have actually done vs just relying on the brand name.
As should always be the case.

Probably a slight halo effect in the same way that any role in a brand name (like Google), but obviously not to the same extent since the work is not the same.
