Does working at EY HQ make any difference (experience, opportunity, learning, etc. Wise) or is it the same as any other Big4 in London.

I am guessing you are talking about non-consulting and advisory roles? Most client facing roles are spent in client premise or home majority of the time than HQ.

My base salary percentage changed from 35% to 50% after yearly review. I thought it may be due to the New Wage Code. However here I'm seeing people are posting their CTC break up and most of them are still getting the basic salary part as 30-40% of CTC.
How is it possible?

As a reminder, for anyone that is having trouble getting pregnant. There is a specific bowl called "Fertility Bowl".

However, don't hesitate to ask questions about fertility in this bowl but we try to differentiate the bowls as the fertility bowl focus is supporting each other through that process and this bowl is focused on celebrating pregnancy with each other.

It can be painful for some women struggling with infertility which is the purpose of two separate audiences.

How do you manage tax implications of equity grants? My company has been paying me bonuses in stock (and cash). The grants gradually turn into stocks, at which point they are taxed as income (so 400 granted stocks is returned at 100 per year for 4 years, but I only see 50 each time because its taxed as income). At that point, I believe I'm liable for capital gains tax for value increase.

NB I don't want you to do my sums. I want to know which service to buy.
