Does working at EY HQ make any difference (experience, opportunity, learning, etc. Wise) or is it the same as any other Big4 in London.

My base salary percentage changed from 35% to 50% after yearly review. I thought it may be due to the New Wage Code. However here I'm seeing people are posting their CTC break up and most of them are still getting the basic salary part as 30-40% of CTC.
How is it possible?

How do you manage tax implications of equity grants? My company has been paying me bonuses in stock (and cash). The grants gradually turn into stocks, at which point they are taxed as income (so 400 granted stocks is returned at 100 per year for 4 years, but I only see 50 each time because its taxed as income). At that point, I believe I'm liable for capital gains tax for value increase.
