Does working for a no name boutique firm really hinder your exit opportunities?

If we counter with a quite higher offer letter for SA role at Novartis (highest pay for that band) , can the firm avoid giving offer itself?
Or they will try to negotiate with me?

Graduating from part-time MBA in May, have been working as a product manager in tech for 2 years and prior to that 5 years in BI/data analytics. How do you deal with the industry when you live in a small state (with only a handful of firms which practice the area you want to practice in) and in which ‘it’s not about WHAT you know, but WHO you know’?

Got an offer from a large tech PE company for their value creation team. Team is relatively experienced - however, their offer is lower than my current salary as a consultant at a T2 firm. What are the pros/cons of working for a PE-backed firm?

I have an engineering background, graduated last December, and accepted MBB over FAANG (product design & manufacturing engineering offers) . This bowl’s focus on exiting consulting into FAANG (cont)

Have people had success applying to FAANG, MBB, VC etc roles on LinkedIn or should I be going about this another way?

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).
