Likely getting an offer soon - already have planned vacation starting Tuesday until the new year. Do I give notice before I get the written offer/background check so I can leave before holidays but risk offboarding during vacation or give notice my first day back? Big question for you guys! I’ve been an in house photographer for a mid size women’s clothing brand (500+ stores & ecomm) for over 5 years and shoot everything from on/off fig ecomm, flatlays, and campaigns. I’m the only staff photographer - freelancers get booked for the holes we need to fill on any given day. I currently make 60k. I’ve just been asked to take charge of our ecomm - oversee the freelance photographers & retouchers, art direct ecomm, and continue to shoot. Is 98k too much to ask?
