In Deloitte when you file for an LCA for a change in location, and a corresponding H1B amendment, Deloitte does not do it in premium processing.

I was surprised to learn this.. I received a response that there are no exceptions to this rule.

My new employer is ready to file gc (eb2) for me based on approved i-140 I have from previous employer. I know that we have to file for lca etc. again and given last year’s uscis visa bulletin when eb3 dates moved ahead of eb2 I am wondering if I should tell them to wait until September/October when new bulletin comes to adjust the category eb2 vs eb3 then? Does Lca depends on eb2/3 category or is it independent? Will it be a mistake on my part to wait for bulletin if lca has nothing to do ebs?

My partner did work for another org (at her boss’ guidance because the two orgs collaborate) and received a small payment (again with her boss’ knowledge). It’s infuriating to me, as a POC how many fucking times I applied, emailed and reached out to so many of these agencies without getting even the time of day.

Hello, I have a concern I would like to share. My OPT expires at the end of May 2021. If my employer applies for my H1-B on April 1, when I will be notified about selection result. Can I work after my opt expires and before my h1b comes through? Can anybody how the timeline is going look from April 1. What i can do and can’t do until October 1?

Bug Bounty on H1B - I have heard mixed answers on whether H1B holders can participate in bug bounties and there is no formal company policy on the same (apart from being unable to participate in your employer's BB program).

My i94 travel history has some travel where departure and arrival are out of Miami sometime in October 2019. I did not travel during this time. I also have another record with travel existing Orlando.

Hi all - if I quit my current job before I leave for India and re-enter US to start work with a new employer, do I need a new stamp reflecting the new employer and new expiry date? Or can I re-enter on my old stamp and approval notice from the new employer?
