Responsibilities also include other non HR functions such as business dev., client relations and expansion, logistics. Currently studying for the SPHR and plan to take the GPHR as well. Thoughts on difficulty of moving into an HR leadership role?

I’ve been in the client facing side for years now. Considering to make the switch to be on the client side of things. Only caveat is I’m unsure what type of roles/companies to apply for. Any suggestions?
