I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

HI folks,
My current CTC is very low with respect to my YOE. CTC : 5.2 lpa
YoE : 4
Tech stack : Python , MLops
But now my manager has initiated H1B visa for me and the visa process is in progress.
Is it worth to wait till the H1B process completes to work in U.S (74k package) (or) should i make a switch immediately. ?

Going forward, why would people without chronic conditions be forced to self-isolate, if this is hard proof that those with chronic conditions encompass nearly all cases that have resulted in hospitilization?
Healthier individuals and people with such chronic conditions may live together...this healthier individual may be asymptomatic and pass it on to the more vulnerable member of their household.
Because if the hospitals are flooded with cases of people who have pre existing conditions and then one person coming in who is 25 and perfectly healthy can’t get a ventilator they die. Many people also may not know they have pre-existing conditions and will not isolate. Then the hospitals flood and we run out of resources and no matter how healthy you are if you get hypoxia and don’t get a ventilator you will die.
The wealthy will be able to find a way to get a ventilator and the poor will die.

Hey I’m healthy and no pre-existing conditions and I went to the hospital for respiratory issues. I received advice and tests and a diagnosis. Otherwise, I would be sitting at home with unidentified chest pain. Who wants to go through that for two or three weeks because the hospitals are full? Spoiler alert 🚨 it’s a complete mind f***
