I’ve started getting my pup walked by a dog Walker even though I’m still WFH in anticipation of returning to some working from the office. He loves the Walker though and I think it’s more fun for him!
Yes it’s the same guy, I’m currently at home to let him in but when we go back will either give him a set of keys or have the Porter pass him keys
My company allows dogs in the office everyday, spaces in office specifically for dogs. NYC also
You guys hiring?! I’d love this

Oh I’m not in consulting anymore. But just need to be in the office occasionally
Following - I’m in the same boat and about to start my pup in doggy day care 1 day a week to try to get that into the rotation
Ah sadly the outdoor space ones don’t exist in nyc near me. My guy sleeps a lot so don’t know how useful daycare is
Where are you based? I started using a great daycare in Los Angeles that is specifically working with parents to address pandemic separation issues
Ah okay. For anyone in LA, I definitely recommend https://www.dogdrop.co
I’ve started putting my 2 dogs in their crates after lunch for the entire afternoon even though Im still WFH to get them used to it again!
Doggie daycare and a mix it up with a dog walker too! The daycare is great for socialisation, but don’t rely on it exclusively or your little buddy might pick up some bad habits
Yeah, my dude has some bad habits too. Weirdly it makes me love him more
Doggy day care or a trusted walker that has very good reviews. Also get cameras in your home

Before we went to wfh we had our little Boston in her kennel during the day and she was perfectly happy. My vet friend (he specializes in dogs) does that with their 2 small dogs and he says it is perfectly fine for them, they are happy in their kennels.
What they are saying to do, tho, is to get your little guy used to being in a kennel. Get one, start putting him in there for a couple of hours and increase the time.
He is crate trained and happily goes in and just sleeps! Will use this and increase time
