Juice cleanses are fake news. Do your research.
I have tried it multiple time but always felt sick in a couple days.
Discontinued it after.
I have tried the 10 day juice cleanse a couple of times. I’ve never been able to get through the 10 days with just juice/snacks
Just fast instead
I tried it and felt great but only substituted 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) and still kept a 'solid’ but light dinner. Felt good but nothing major
I tried a juice cleanse (jus by Julie) and found it was too much for me to consume (6 bottles/day). I don’t stick the IF strictly, but i often don’t start eating til 2-4pm (just coffee in the morning). Instead I let my body tell me when I need to eat (either my stomach growls or sometimes I get a little shaky). I can’t say I’ve lost weight doing it, but I feel more satisfied and can usually stop snacking earlier in the evening
For the people that IF did you just jump into that. It just seems really hard to stick too so I wanted to start w the juice cleanse as a way to kind of retrain my body. Day 1 went well today
