So I got interviewed for a project by the IBM team. The interviewer told me that its a go ahead from their end, now the client will assess my profile and if they too are fine with it, I will be onboarded?

Is it true that we have client interview as well? If yes then after how many days of interview by IBM team, client interview takes place?

Or its just that if the IBM team is fine with it, we are selected for the project?

Any inputs on this will really help :)

I have been interviewed with EXPERIAN and got selected and i was informed that offer letter will be issued.

But its been 10 days i havent received the offer letter and they are not picking the call?

How do you guys go about recommendations? Do you guys ask the same references for all schools you are applying to? Is it fair to have them write so many recommendations for each school?

I'm 1.6 year exp, I was referred by someone in Infosys and same day I received an email saying We would like to proceed with your profile, I was asked to upload my marks, I've less than 60% but more than 55%, can they reject me?

I want to start looking at exit opportunities but want to first prep and be ready for the interviews.

I plan on moving to MBB or to junior PM roles.

Resignation related Query

I dropped my papers on 30th June (Thursday) after informing my manager that I'll be doing so.

I got a resignation acknowledgement email the next day, but after that, nothing. Is there any intermediate step I'm missing out on? Or do we simply sit ducks till they reach out?

Are most people still targeting 20%+ increase to jump from public to industry? I found a job that seems kind of interesting but it would only be a 10% jump, which will likely be my raise in public this year. The recruiter said 8–10% is pretty typical in my area.

Currently a senior in financial services audit for wealth and asset management. All I hear from higher ups is to not leave before manager because I’ll end up making less or I’ll be behind in my career, etc. Am I being served some strong kool aid?
