Doing a status match from AA to United bc my EM is requiring me to fly United for the next 5 weeks due to flight times. In your opinion, which rewards program and FF service/benefits are better?

CARES act Q - Funds withdrawn in 2020 from 401k but repayment done via Roth IRA (after-tax). Is that even feasible? IRS guideline just says repayment can be made to any “eligible retirement account”. Since the repayment will be made using after tax money, Roth IRA would fit the criteria although I’m not sure if Roth IRA is considered an eligible account here for repayment? Also what happens when the repayment amount is greater than the annual Roth contribution limits? How does IRS treat that?

In your experience, what is non-busy season like in tax?

Is there a point to disclosing a relationship between two staff who are in different lines of service? Never reached the point of reviewing each other’s work, but met on the same team (now no longer on the same team or office). In the beginning, neither of us wanted to say anything premature just in case it didn’t work out. Since it’s grown more serious, we’d be more comfortable disclosing it. But is that necessary?
