For lateral hires, TCS provides any training or they are expected to start working from the 1st day?
I am Switching my career from manual testing to Automated testing, so have less practical knowledge of tools, so will they give training or some can please suggest something here.

If they weren't hard and challenging they wouldn't be useful. That's the idea. Like when you go to the gym your exercises are suppose to be hard. The more you do the better you get, don't get discouraged! Almost no one starts out knowing all the answers, you learn them and how to find them through experience.
I never became that good at them, but I definitely became a lot better than I was in the beginning. Look for patterns, structure your practice based on either difficulty or subject matter or pattern type. Practice with people if you can. You will get there!

It absolutely gets better. Finding something that 'makes you feel dumb' is another way of saying you found your own untapped potential. You have so much to learn; its a good thing!
For someone with limited programming experience and a non CS background, but good programming aptitude, where will leet codes get you?
Natural ability to learn quickly, esp programming whenever ive has the chance
Read a ds&a book first, it’ll be easier and you’ll get more out I promise.
