What are some strategies for a current 3L looking for a job to overcome many jobs asking for several years of experience? Should I even apply? I have some experience from internships, but is it enough

I joined FIL in June 2022. I don’t think I’ll be eligible for any sort of increment. But, any idea how much would be my bonus ? My variable pay in OL is 1.70 Lac, and my feedback has also been amazing.

Hey folks - Indian passport holder here who just switched jobs. My previous employer had applied for my green card under EB-2 (2029 priority date). Given that the EB-3 backlog is shorter than EB-2, should my new employer apply under EB-3?

How do you make your tradeshow booths inviting and interesting on a shoestring budget? We have a nice, nothing out of the norm, backdrop, our set up is properly branded.

Swag is hard to justify budget for, so we have pens and cool telescopic flashlights we give to people who fit our ideal customer profile or at least have a meaningful interaction with us.

Lastly, I bring Moonpies ... they seem to be different enough from what everyone else offers.

Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? TY!!
