FDD Comp talk: I'm a 3rd year senior going into my 2nd year in FDD. Last year I got an 8% raise, this year I got 9%. What are other FDD seniors making? I'm in the Southeast.

Anyone has any idea about Orion Innovation? How good the company is? WLB? Also do they have more support projects or dev projects?.pls advise.

I joined EY GDS on august 2nd 2021 as advanced analyst for US taxation. I don’t have enough hours but I have over all 3 years of experience (2.7 Deloitte and Ey - August 2021 till now) in US tax and very good feedback untill now. Is there a possibility to get senior promotion this year?
If over all hours is the only main criteria then I would not get this year?

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

If I was bad at audit and didn’t enjoy the work at all but love industry due to the technical accounting aspect would I enjoy accounting advisory? Been at my company for almost a year now and the tasks are mind numbing and repetitive and I do not feel like I’m learning anything. I love the people and the culture of the company but am worried about career advancement. I do not handle stress that well and value work-life balance, but feel as if I have too much currently.

Hi all, I'm new here and looking to pivot my career path.
No tech experience, 6+ years in a management position.
3 years in hospitality managing 30+ employees at a time.
3 years as a project manager at a plumbing business in NYC, this included service sales experience which I would do majority of the closing myself.

Frustrated and hopeless at this point. I've been applying to jobs that would be a good fit for the better part of this year, but either get dismissed before the interview process if I don't have experience with their HRIS or get an interview and then dismissed.
