So i work at this company in coimbatore (india) and we have a very poor work life balance. We have a 6 day working policy and no vacation or sick leaves just 1 day casual leave a month. We usualy had to work around 10 to 12 hrs and no leaves even during govt holidays. How can i make them understand this is killing our personal life. I have already shared a couple of emails to hr and CFO of our company to no avail. Please advice on what should I do next

HR from old job wants to reach out to me about something I mentioned in my exit interview. Why would HR want to reach out to me when I’m no longer employed? Been at my new company for a month now. I left bc my old boss was not good. I dealt with HR in past about the issues with my boss & team for months but of course HR was no help resolving the issue. I was recently promoted, and now part of my team report to me. I'm now able to see their pay rates and I am honestly so disappointed in the company. Especially since we just gave annual raises in Feb, plus we can all see where the money is going and it's not to the employees. Makes me sick
